Please read carefully before you make a down-payment; your order is a binding contract once the payment has posted!

Each order requires a 50% down-payment per clarinet. The down-payment needs to be received within 10 business days of submitting this order form. We will send you a convenient payment link to the email address provided below. Said email for the down-payment will come from Moe-Bleichner Music Distribution <messenger@messaging.squareup.com> It will have added CC transaction fees. You are always free to chose other means of payment to avoid those.
If the payment was not received in time the order will be cancelled!

Moe Custom Clarinets guarantees to have your clarinet(s) ready within 4 months of date of down payment received. If the clarinet(s) is/are not ready in time you have the right to cancel the order for a full refund of the down-payment.

We will issue an invoice once your clarinet is ready and email it to the email address provided below.

Please make sure to check your spam folder regularly. The email with the invoice will come from Moe-Bleichner Music Distribution <messenger@messaging.squareup.com> and will include 'final payment', shipping, insurance, CC transaction fees, and sales tax where applicable. It is the buyers responsibility to file 'use tax' in case sales tax was not collected.

The invoice must be paid within 30 calendar days after it was sent. If the 'final payment' is not received after 30 days, the order is going to be considered cancelled. We will refund your down-payment - $300 cancellation fee. Again, you can opt for other means of payment to save on CC fees.

Your Moe Custom Clarinet will be sent out within 3 business days after the invoice was paid with signature required. Please inspect packaging carefully for the rare case of a shipping damage. If it is damaged ask the carrier to confirm and report. Please keep the original shipping box and packing material until you play-tested the instrument and decided for it. Report damages to us within 24 hours.
Since the instruments are bespoke and custom made for the individual player, they cannot be returned.
